Perfumes are non-returnable products, so there is no refund & return policy. Due to health reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on fragrances where the packaging has been opened or used.

Returns and replacement will be only accepted for products received are damaged or defective. We will share with you live pictures of the products before it is dispatched. But we are not responsible for any damage due to transportation service or custom services.
